Apparently the Chinese are trying to generate interest around the world in a delicacy they have enjoyed (in some areas) for centuries. Spring eggs boiled for a day and a night – first with the shell on, then with it off – in children’s urine.

Seriously?

What gets me is this. At some point in history, someone had to come up with idea. At some point, someone thought ‘What can I boil my egg in besides water? I know, lets try the kids pee!’ What person, sometime in the history of China, thought this would be a good idea?
