Top Ten Will Smith Movies

will-smith-fresh-prince-of-bel-airFrom the moment I first saw him perform in the nineties sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, I have been a huge fan of Will Smith’s acting.

Since that time, he has achieved great success in film, television and music, and has won numerous awards, including several Grammys and Teen Choice awards. In addition, he has been nominated for several Golden Globes and Academy Awards.

With performances ranging from comedic to heartbreakingly serious, and everything in between, there is seemingly no role that Smith cannot play, and play well. No matter the role, Smith brings an incredible level of talent to the table, and I have yet to see a performance I didn’t enjoy.

For today’s list, I will be setting TV and music aside and concentrating on some of my favourite Will Smith films. This is not a list of best Academy award level performances, nor is it a list of movies that would tick all the right boxes in film school. Rather, I shall be focusing on the movies which I enjoyed watching; virtues, flaws, and all.
