Top Ten ‘Top Ten Tuesday’ Posts 2013-2015

I’ll start out this post with yet another apology. I was unable to post yesterday due to a shitty internet connection. Sorry, folks, but until it gets fixed even I don’t know from one day to the next whether I’ll be able to use the internet. So, I’ll do my best, but no guarantees. Anyway, on with the show.

This week (and next) I’ve decided to do a flashback post. Today, I’ll be posting my Top Ten ‘Top Ten Tuesday’ Posts from 2013-2015. Next Week I’ll do the same, only from the years 2016-2018. Please keep in mind, that my lists might be different were I to collate them today. In some cases my opinion has changed over time, in others there are choices that didn’t exist at the time the list was made, in still others my list would be exactly the same. Whatever the case may be, there are still some awesome recs to be had. Also keep in mind that this is basically a list of links to other posts.

So here we go, my Top Ten ‘Top Ten Tuesday’ Posts from 2013-2015, listed from ten to one:

Number 10

Animated Kid’s Movies

I love animated films. Disney, Pixar, Ghibli – I love them all. Here is the list I made of my Top Ten Animated Kid’s Movies.

Number 9

Actresses

This is not necessarily a list based on talent, or what critics would list as the greatest actresses of all time. Rather, this is a list of My Top Ten Favourite Actresses.

Number 8

Actors

Again, this is not a list based on talent, or what critics would list as the greatest actors of all time, but a list of My Top Ten Favourite Actors.

Number 7

Horrible Histories Songs

Horrible Histories is an award winning children’s comedy show with an incredibly high level of historical accuracy. It’s so accurate and entertaining that adults constitute a large percentage of the show’s fan base. This my list of the Top Ten Horrible Histories Songs.

Number 6

Monty Python Songs

Monty Python is one of the best known British comedy teams of all time. They produce the type of humour that people either love or hate. Much of their material is produced in the form of songs. Here is my list of the Top Ten Monty Python Songs.

Number 5

Monty Python Sketches

As popular as Monty Python’s songs and films are, they are best known for their comedy sketches. I am a massive Monty Python fan, so here is my list of the Top Ten Monty Python Sketches.

Number 4

Anime Eyes

One of the hallmark features of anime characters is their beautiful eyes. While some people tend towards the large sparkly kind, my preferences lie with eyes that are unusual in some way, whether that is colour, shape, drawing style or some other factor. Here is my list of Top Ten Anime Eyes.

Number 3

Harry Potter Ships

Fandoms have existed almost as long as stories, whether oral, written, or visual. As long as fans have existed, so have fan ships, and no fandom has been more prolific in the sheer number of ships than that of Harry Potter. Here is my list of the Top Ten Ten Harry Potter Ships in Fanfiction.

Number 2

Australian Films

Australia has been producing outstanding films since the 1906 release of The Story of the Kelly Gang. In fact, there are so many wonderful films released every year, that I have had to split this into several lists. This is my list of Top Ten Australian Films (1950-2000).

Number 1

Breakup Songs

Everybody loves a good breakup song, and I’m no exception. Here is my list of the Top Ten Breakup Songs.
